Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Sanapiro website and our services — car rental, hotel rooms, tours and transfers. By making a booking you agree to them.

1. Bookings and confirmation

A booking submitted on the website is a request. The contract takes effect once we confirm it by email or another channel. Please check the dates, location and price shown in that confirmation.

2. Prices and payment

Car prices are quoted in EUR and hotel and tour prices in GEL; other currencies shown on the site are converted for information only. The price includes what is listed on the booking page; extras are charged separately. The payment method is set out in your confirmation.

3. Changes and cancellation

You can change or cancel a booking from your account page (when that option is enabled) or by contacting us. The cancellation terms and any fee are stated in your booking confirmation. Not collecting the vehicle at the agreed time without notice counts as a no-show.

4. Driver requirements

The driver must be at least 21 and have held a valid driving licence for at least one year. An ID card or passport is required at handover. Only the driver named in the rental agreement may drive the car; any additional driver must be agreed in advance.

5. Use of the vehicle

The vehicle must be used carefully and in line with traffic law. It must not be sublet or handed to anyone else; used for racing, driving lessons or towing; driven under the influence of alcohol or drugs; taken off-road; smoked in; or taken across the Georgian border without our written consent. Traffic fines and penalties are payable by the renter.

6. Insurance and damage

The cars are insured on the terms described on the booking page. Cover does not apply where the damage results from a breach of these terms (for example driving under the influence, off-road use, or an unauthorised driver). In case of an incident contact us immediately and call the traffic police — without an official report the damage may not be covered.

7. Fuel, mileage and delivery

The car must be returned with the same fuel level it was handed over with. Mileage is unlimited unless your booking says otherwise. Delivery and collection fees depend on the location and are shown during booking. A late return may be charged as an additional day.

8. Hotel bookings

Check-in and check-out times are shown on the room page. The room price is calculated from the number of nights and guests. An identity document is required at check-in. Any damage to the room is payable by the guest.

9. Tours and transfers

A tour route may change because of weather, road conditions or safety. For transfers please give us your exact flight number and time. If a tour cannot run for reasons on our side, you receive a full refund or a new date.

10. Liability

We are responsible for the quality of our services to the extent provided by law. We are not liable for personal belongings left in a vehicle, or for delays caused by events outside our control (force majeure).

11. Use of the website

The text, photos and logos on this site belong to Sanapiro and may not be used without our permission. Automated scraping of the site, or any action that disrupts its operation, is not allowed.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Georgia. We aim to settle any dispute by negotiation; if that fails, the dispute is heard by the courts of Georgia.

13. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. The version that applies to your booking is the one in force when the booking was confirmed.
